So I weighed this a.m. 126.5 (gaining 1.5lb) from the loading days..

That would be romaine lettuce, with seasoned lean ground beef and one melba toast, with a vinagrette dressing I made from my HCG diet book, it was actually good.....
Now am drinking my water (1/2 to 1 gallon a day!)
