I made a PROMISE.....

A while back, when my dear Booey was starting to potty train, it took a lllooonnnggg time...but I made a promise. I promised my kids that they could get a dog, when Brynne was potty trained...and I promised that for a couple different reasons...
Reasons being:
1. I thought it would help the process along, as far as Brynne went.
2. Even if she was on her way to potty training, as stubborn as she is, I knew it would be a while...
3. And in that "be a while" I had hoped they would forget about my promise.

You see, I am SUPER picky, about my house, my things, my time, and as selfish as that does sound, it is the truth. I make a lot of time for everything else, and definitely not enough time to me..

Also the picky..clean house theory, knowing that about me, I would have to let a little go..and that being hard for me, is an understatement. I have always enjoyed the "idea" of my kids growing up with a dog, but also knowing me, myself, that it would be a sacrifice.....

I guess I am willing to make that sacrifice, because I got this yesterday......

On that note, wish me luck...It will be rough couple months...
