Blurry But Pretty

So we had crazy weather over the weekend..and I decided after the rain was gone and the sun glowingly was peeking out, that I would take a few pictures..

For the life of me I could not figure out why they were a bit hazy and blurry...well the next day I realized WHY...The VR (vibration REduction got switched to off on my camera)
